RIO has gone to his new home

About Me:

“Hi, my name is Rio. I am a very healthy Bodeguero Andaluz (a Spanish Rat Dog!) who was found wandering the streets in Spain several years ago. I am just over 7 years old and have been neutered, wormed, flea treated and also recently had a dental operation.

My ex-owner took me on about 4 years ago but unfortunately was unable to keep me for personal reasons. He and I really enjoyed our life together and I am now wanting to find a loving forever home. I love people and children and am fine with other dogs. My only problem is that I suffer from separation anxiety which is probably as a result of living on the streets years ago and then finding my own person! However, I am not destructive but after about half an hour will whine until my “person” returns! I do chase noisy motorbikes, cars and also cats etc. but do not pull on my lead when out for a walk.

Best of all I love to sit with my owner and have lots of cuddles. My temperament is great and I really am a loving and gentle dog. Please think about adopting me. I would suit a family or single person who is at home most of the time and is looking for a very affectionate companion. For further details, please ring Chris on 01273 553735. Thank you.”
